The Journey

Santos didn't stumble into contracting, he grew up in it. As a teenager, he learned the trade from the ground up, developing skills that would become second nature over the next two decades. But learning the craft was just the beginning.

In his early twenties, Santos made a decision that would change everything: he was going to start his own business. No safety net, no established client base, just confidence in his abilities and a work ethic that wouldn't quit. He started knocking on doors in Chicago, introducing himself to strangers, and asking for a chance to prove what he could do.

Those early days weren't easy, but they taught him something invaluable: every client is earned, never owed. And when you treat people right, they remember.

As the business grew, Santos invited his father to join him. What started as a one-man operation became a family venture, a partnership built on shared values and a commitment to doing things the right way.

Then came another leap of faith: the move to Nashville, Tennessee.

Starting over in a new city meant going back to square one. Once again, Santos found himself knocking on doors, introducing himself to a new community, and rebuilding from scratch. It wasn't glamorous, but it was honest work. And slowly, one satisfied client at a time, All In One Contracting Inc. established itself in Middle Tennessee.

Today, more than 20 years into his career, Santos still approaches every project with the same dedication he had when he knocked on that first door. The tight-knit team he's built shares those same values, because at the end of the day, this is still a family-oriented business.
